Aris Veld is the professional artist name used by Fatih Moray. Unless otherwise expressly stated or contractually assigned, rights in works created and published under the name Aris Veld are held and exercised by Fatih Moray to the fullest extent available under applicable law. References to “Aris Veld” in this notice therefore include the artist acting under that professional name and, where legally relevant, Fatih Moray as the underlying rights holder.

Where applicable law provides a lawful exception or limitation, nothing in this notice is intended to override that legal right.
CONTEXT AND INTEGRITY OF THE WORK
The context in which an artwork is presented is an important part of its use and interpretation.
Aris Veld reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to determine whether his work may be associated with a particular subject, message, organisation, campaign, product, service, political or social position, commercial activity, charitable initiative or other external context.
A work must not be presented in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, changes or misrepresents its intended context, falsely attributes a position or message to the artist, or creates an unauthorised association between Aris Veld and a third party.
The fact that a proposed use is educational, charitable, social, editorial or non-profit does not automatically constitute permission to use the work.
Permission granted for one particular use applies only to the rights, purpose, medium, context, territory and duration expressly agreed upon.
Permission for one use must not be interpreted as permission for any subsequent or unrelated use.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND ONLINE SHARING
Sharing a work through a platform's native sharing functionality, where the original publication, source and authorship remain clearly identifiable, is different from downloading or extracting the work and publishing it independently.
Downloading, copying, screen-recording or otherwise extracting a work and uploading it as new content may require prior permission.
Removing, concealing or altering an artist credit, copyright notice, watermark, metadata or other rights-identifying information is not authorised.
The fact that content is publicly viewable, shareable or technically downloadable does not itself create a right to republish or otherwise exploit that content.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DATASET AND AUTOMATED USE
Unless expressly authorised in writing, no permission is granted to use artworks or other material published by Aris Veld for:
• artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training;
• fine-tuning;
• dataset creation or enrichment;
• model evaluation or benchmarking;
• style replication or automated imitation;
• synthetic derivative generation;
• automated content-generation systems;
• or comparable computational uses,
to the extent such restrictions are enforceable under applicable law.
Nothing published on arisveld.com or through official Aris Veld channels should be interpreted as an express or implied licence for such use.
LICENSING AND PERMISSIONS
Requests concerning reproduction, publication, licensing, exhibitions, screenings, editorial use, commercial use, institutional use, partnerships, commissions or other forms of authorised use should be submitted in writing.
Any licence or permission is valid only for the specific rights, work, purpose, medium, context, territory and duration expressly agreed upon.
